Jewelry

All our jewelry is made on a stainless steel base covered with gold plating.

All our jewellery is made of stainless steel and is therefore waterproof. However, please make sure that this only happens occasionally.

For longer life, we recommend drying them with a dry cloth when you get them wet.

Our jewelry does not require special cleaning. However, if you wish, you can clean them with Marseille soap and a cloth. Remember to store them in their original packaging to protect them from moisture and dust.

Avoid spraying perfume directly on them as alcohol can be corrosive and may cause color loss. Wear your jewelry after applying beauty products and remove them when engaging in sports to prevent breakage.

 

All our jewelry comes with a 3-month warranty. The warranty covers all manufacturing defects. However, we reserve the right to refuse your request in case of damage to the jewelry due to improper use.

To activate your warranty, please send us an e-mail to contact@revandco.com indicating your order number and several photos of the item concerned.

If the warranty claim is approved, you will receive a credit note via email for the amount of the jewelry. This credit note has unlimited validity and can be used once only on the Rev & Co website.

On each of our necklace product sheets, you'll find a guide to the lengths available. You can choose from 3 different lengths.

Order

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at the following address: contact@revandco.com.

If your order has not yet been processed, we may consider it for cancellation. However, if it is already being prepared, we will no longer be able to cancel it.

We invite you to return the order within 14 days of receipt. For reasons of hygiene, the jewellery must not have been worn beforehand.

If you wish to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at the following address: contact@revandco.com.

If the order has not yet been processed, we will be able to take your change request into account. However, if it is already being prepared, we will unfortunately no longer be able to modify it.

Order preparation times vary depending on the period (Christmas, Sales, Black Friday...). Please allow between 2 and 5 working days.

You will receive an e-mail with the tracking number for your order as soon as it has been handed over to the carrier.

If you do not receive this e-mail, please check your spam folder. If you still cannot find it, please contact us by e-mail at the following address: contact@revandco.com, quoting your order number.

We carefully ship our jewellery in sophisticated cases in the Rev & Co colours. If you would like to give the jewellery as a present, we also offer gift wrapping that you can add before confirming your order.

If you prefer to group your jewellery in the same box for ecological reasons, please indicate this in the "order notes" category when placing your order.

For ecological reasons, we do not include an invoice inside our parcels. You will receive your invoice directly by e-mail or you can download it from My Account - My Orders.

Shipping

Delivery to Switzerland :

- Priority: 24 to 48 business hours

- Economy: 48 to 72 business hours

Delivery to France :

- Standard: 5-6 business days

The delivery times provided to us are given by the various local postal organizations. We are in no way responsible for any delays on their part.

Please note that Switzerland is not part of the European Union, and therefore, packages undergo a more thorough inspection at customs to ensure maximum quality. However, this process can increase delivery times depending on the period or the personnel handling it.

Once the package is in their possession, please contact your local post office for any additional information regarding the delivery.

After placing your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If you have chosen a tracked shipping method, you will receive a tracking number.

However, if you have chosen a shipping method without tracking, no tracking number will be provided. Please note that in the event of loss or theft of your package, we cannot be held responsible and no refund will be issued.

No customs fees are to be paid by you. We commit to covering all of these fees.

Returns & Withdrawals

From the date of receiving your order, you have 14 days to return the product to us in its original condition. Once we receive the product, we will proceed with the refund. Any returns made beyond this legal period and/or without a tracking number cannot be refunded. Please note that we do not offer exchanges, only refunds for returned items.

To initiate the return, please contact us by e-mail at contact@revandco.com providing the following information :

- Your order number
- The reason for your return

Jewellery must be unworn and returned in its original box, accompanied by the order reference.

We do not carry out exchanges. If the item does not suit you, you must return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund. You can then place a new order if you wish.

We apologise for the inconvenience.

If you receive a faulty item of jewellery, please contact us by e-mail at the following address: contact@revandco.com and provide us with your order number and several photos of the item concerned.

Please note that you have 72 hours from the date of delivery to make a claim for a faulty item. After this time, the guarantee cannot be activated.

If we approve your request, we will refund the item to the payment method used at the time of purchase.

Payment

Payments by credit card are made through secure transactions provided by the service provider: WooPayments. The publisher of this site does not have access to any data related to the user's payment methods. Payment is made directly through the hands of the banking institution.

You can pay by credit card, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
