Return Policy

If you wish to proceed with a return of your order, please contact us at contact@revandco.com and provide the following information :

- The reason for your return

The jewelry must be unworn and returned in its original box, accompanied by the order reference. The return and exchange policy lasts :

From the date you receive your order, you have 14 days to return the product to us in its original condition. Once we receive the product, we will proceed with the refund. Any returns made beyond this legal deadline and/or without a tracking number cannot be refunded. Please note that we do not offer exchanges, only refunds for returned items.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Upon receipt of your return, you will receive an email notifying you that your item has been received. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 24 to 48 hours.

Note: Please be aware that customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer, not the seller, for returning an item. If the buyer refuses to pay customs duties, the package will be returned to the sender, depending on the specific circumstances of the situation. If the package is returned to the sender, all shipping costs will become the responsibility of the buyer; therefore, the refunded amount will be adjusted accordingly.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If you receive a defective piece of jewelry, please contact us via email at the following address: contact@revandco.com. Please provide your order number and several photos of the affected item.

Please note that you have 72 hours from the delivery date to open a claim for a defective item. Beyond this timeframe, the warranty cannot be activated. If we validate your claim, we will proceed with a refund of the item to the payment method used during the purchase.
